In an effort to uncover the most effective routes to a healthier lifestyle, three News 12 volunteers are embarking on a unique journey known as beWell’s 90 Days, 3 Ways. Each participant has committed to a different strategy for improving their overall well being, providing a real world look at how various methods impact physical and mental health over a three month period. With the guidance of industry experts, these individuals hope to reset their habits and find sustainable ways to stay fit.
The experiment splits its focus across three distinct pillars of modern wellness. One volunteer is working closely with a certified personal trainer to master form and build strength through structured exercise. Another is partnering with a registered dietitian to overhaul their nutritional habits from the inside out, while the third is relying on the accessibility of technology by using a comprehensive fitness app to track progress and guide workouts independently.
Beyond just shedding a few pounds, the goal of the challenge is to determine which approach offers the best balance of efficiency and longevity. By documenting their struggles and successes, the participants aim to show viewers that there isn’t a one size fits all solution when it comes to health. As they navigate their respective paths toward better wellness, audiences can follow along to see which method delivers the most significant results.
